Overview:
WGF Micron filter machine is a continuous rolling sewage removing machine, suitable for removal of floating and suspending matters in waste/sewage water. There are advantages of low power, high efficiency and easy operation. WGF type solid-liquid separator adopts the process of 15-20 micron gap filtration. Micron gap separation is a mechanical filtration method. It is suitable for separation solids existing in liquids maximum. It is broadly used to treat the waste water come from paper making, textile, dyeing, chemical industry, food handing, especially good at filtrating the” white water” from paper making.

Application:
The microstrainer is good for the removal of particles over 0.25mm in waste water. It is most suitable for the sewage treatment of paper making, leather process, slaughtering, brewing, food handing, chemical fibre, textile and so on…..
Working Principal:
The alternating-current speed-regulating motor drives the grid drum through a speed reducer. Sewage flows into drum tank by input valve and uniform distribution on mesh, reach to filtration level. Pure water enters the water storage box through grid gap and discharged at the bottom, at the same cleaning the grid. The impurities larger than grid mesh and fibre like organic matters are unloaded to the slag hopper by the grid. The water content after treatment is 30% lower than the original /old internal input microfilter.
Characters:
The whole body of microstrainer is made of stainless steel, with a compact structure, small shape, anticorrosion, easy installation. It can be fixed by expansion bolt directly. And input/output water can be connected by tubes or pipes, grooves can be omitted.
According the different water intake, the speed regulating motor is adopted to control the microstrainer ensure in the best working condition.
The impurities bond on the grids can be brushed away by a special flushing device. After two flushing, the grids are in the best cleaning effect. At the same time, the internal cleaning device fixed on the mesh drum can wash away the dirt on the mesh.
